Then it's defintiely the right time to service them and fit some new seals and lubricating oil. We recommend replacing the fork seals, damping and lubricating oil in your forks and rear shock every 12-18 months for the once-a-week rider, and then more often than that if you ride more frequently. The genuine Fox Racing Shox fork seals are able to be fitted with standard tools, by anyone with a reasonable level of mechanical ability. The kit includes wipers, foam rings and crush washers for the locknuts on the fork lowers.
