With an ISCG '05 fitting, the SS+ is compatible with all modern ISCG '05 frames, though the adapter plate included with the guide allows you to mount the SS+ to a standard bottom bracket shell without ISCG tabs. From there, all you have to select is the correct size to work with your current chainring, and you're ready to bolt one on!
