The same RollSys tensioning system allows riders to fine tune the fit of the helmet all with one hand on the adjustment wheel on the top of the helmet. Modern MTB Design Recognising the emerging trail bike market, Lazer have refined the design of many of their mountain bike helmets to increase protection over their anorexic road helmet cousins. Just like the Oasiz, the Clash uses the hard shell In-Molding on the underside of the helmets rim to protect the EPA foam layer from getting chipped and damaged whenever the helmet ends up on the ground. Compared to XC helmets, the Clash also features more coverage on your skull, with a lower rear section extending down further than traditional helmets, providing you with better protection in a wider variety of situations. The Clash packs in a cool 16 Vents to keep you from getting a hot head and the anti-bacterial X-Static padding wicks away sweat while also being removable for easy washing. Rollsys® The Rollsys® Retention System is probably the most recognizable feature of high-end Lazer helmets, and is a big reason why these helmets are so comfortable. Comprising of a simple dial on the top of the helmet, the Oasiz is able to be adjusted with one hand whilst riding, with the adjustment wheel adding or reducing tension around the circumference of the helmet.
