Truvativ Stylo T20 Mountain Bike Stem
Complementing the Truvativ Stylo handlebar range, the Truvativ Stylo range of stems is designed to give riders a premium-level stem to use with their carbon or alloy handlebars, that is both lightweight and stiff. A perfect match for the Noir carbon handlebar range or the Stylo alloy range, the T20 is 3D forged like the T30 and T40, but uses a cheaper 6061 alloy to keep the cost at an unbelievable level. The 4-bolt face plate is designed to distribute stress more evenly on carbon handlebars, while the twin-bolt stem clamp is also carbon-steerer friendly. Coming in a 5 degree rise that can also be inverted for a lower handlebar height, the Stylo T20 also comes in a variety of lengths for fine-tuning your cockpit position. With many bars getting wider (like the 2012 Stylo handlebar range) it is becoming necessary to use a shorter stem to maintain a comfortable position and nimble handling, so bear that in mind if you decide to upgrade your bar that going 10 or even 20mm shorter on your stem at the time may be very beneficial to your bikes handling.
